Our world is constantly changing, and so is our society. Social practices are changing all the time. What men wouldn’t dream of doing 10 years ago is slowly becoming commonplace. The 21st century man is able to express his feelings and emotions, cook, decorate, and dress stylishly, all while maintaining his masculinity. So where does that leave you? If you are visiting this blog, you're probably looking for some tips on how to improve your lifestyle. This is your chance to get started.

So Busy

I have been doing nothing but going to doctors lately. While I am recovering (got the splints out yesterday) I am not writing as much, but I thought I needed a new post. So you can check out my other blogs, i have some cool info on there and the newest one is a contest of sorts for a few of us to try and get in better shape. Let me know what you think, and if you have any suggestions.

u also seem to be a fitness freak. I love exercising, it's my only addiction. I'll try your recipe in a few days. I'm also caught up with flu since a couple of days. Wish you fast recovery!

Cedia, thanks. I am tired all the time though, hopefully that will go away soon.

Lorena, Thanks for wandering. I need to wander over to your space.

Allison, thanks, youre always so sweet. I hope all is well with you too.

Yogesh, your back! Yeah, have you tried Opera, you can split screen and some other cool features.

Moo, if you dig through my archives you can find a few recipes that include cheese! Moo! I eat cheese all the time.

Preeti, I have been over, and I will be back.

Boahban Sith, nice to see you again. i am trying!

Venus, Hi I was so happy Lance won again! I am probably not as much of a fitness freak as it comes across. I do however study the subject a lot. I am sorry to hear you are ill, take your time recovering. thanks!

Mitz, thank you! I am a bit worn out, and just wish it was all over, but I am sure it will be soon.

Jaxe, thanks man! I am starting to feel better. I spent last night trying to get my studio together, but I gave up after a few hours. Tonight I will try working on it again.

shirazi, like your name makes me want to pour myself a glass of wine!

Mitzzee, Give me some of those hard rockin beats! Yeah, we will give it a shot when I can sing again.

Sarah, Bah bah black sheep. I'm doing my best.

Gulnaz, thanks for stopping by.

Rusty, I think there are a lot of guys out there that like to cook, girls too, but they just need to get over their fears in the kitchen, then it becomes easy.

Mitz, I do miss you. I have been laying around a lot, still recovering. I have had some complications. I think i'm back on the mend now.

Sue, youre back! I have had a terrible year with my health which started in England (not that I have anything against England). In fact, I have lost nearly the whole year being ill. I hope the recipies work out, let me know if I can help somehow.
