I have definitely felt blogged out, at times, no doubt. I think it's better to just blog when you're inspired. Like writers of all genres, I think bloggers go through more introspective times that might be construed as writer's block, though I'm not sure that is what it is.

I can't speak for other women, but I can say this. At times, my own ego is so huge and hurt, it's hard to forgive. When I can shed the ego, and feel how much my partner is hurting, too, we start building the bridge back to each other.
